Hands-On Fleet Maintenance Supervisor | 4-Day Workweek
Schedule:
Wednesday- Saturday | Four-Day Workweek (with 30-60 minute meal break)
OR
Sunday–Wednesday | Four-Day Workweek (with 30-60 minute meal break)
Pay: $28–$35 per hour (based on experience)
At Dynamic Transit, our maintenance team keeps our fleet moving safely and reliably every day. We're looking for a Fleet Maintenance Supervisor who enjoys leading people just as much as solving mechanical problems. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll coach technicians, coordinate daily shop operations, and jump in to help your team when needed.
