Position Type: Full-Time | Orthopedic Spine Surgery
We are seeking a highly skilled Orthopedic Spine Surgeon to join a reputable, patient-centered orthopedic group in the Metro Detroit area. This role is ideal for a surgeon who values clinical excellence, teamwork, and long-term reputation over transactional practice models. You will work alongside experienced orthopedic surgeons, advanced practice providers, and a strong clinical support team committed to delivering exceptional spine care.
Spine Surgical Procedures Perform a full spectrum of orthopedic spine surgeries with a proven track record supported by surgical logs.
Call Coverage Participate in a shared call rotation (approx. 810 shifts per month).
Collaborative Care Work closely with orthopedic partners, RNs, PAs, and clinical staff to ensure coordinated, high-quality patient care.
Clinical Leadership Partner with practice leadership to support departmental goals, quality initiatives, and potential research interests.
Professional Standards Maintain the highest levels of integrity, communication, and patient-centered decision-making.
Production-based RVU model with competitive earning potential.
Strong support for surgical volume across Metro Detroit, including access to multiple OR locations.
Malpractice coverage provided by the organization.
Compensation aligned with experience, productivity, and case complexity.

Board-certified or board-eligible Orthopedic Surgeon with fellowship training in Spine Surgery.
