Identify and source potential healthcare candidates using our tailored platform alongside your network

Reach out to suitable candidates to discuss MLR opportunities and evaluate their interest

Facilitate appointments between candidates and our recruiters for comprehensive screenings

Consistently follow up with leads to nurture their interest and assist them throughout the hiring process

Keep precise and updated records in our applicant tracking system

Earn commission based on the meetings you schedule, interviews completed, and positions filled from your leads

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
