Job Description Performs blood collection by venipuncture and capillary methods, for a variety of laboratory tests and procedures to be used in diagnosis and treatment of disease. Collects chain-of-custody drug screens. Periodically oversees collections performed by phlebotomy students. Performs some registration functions to include patient data entry and order entry as well as specimen receiving, processing, and distribution functions.
